Publishes a message of an announcement channel to the servers that follow it

What it passes on
This node writes no extra fields beyond the standard ones.
When it fails
The Failure output receives success (false) and error: error.code, error.message in the server's language, and error.detail, what Discord said. The possible causes are in Errors.
