Bot permissions
When it's installed, the bot asks for the permissions its nodes need, and never for Administrator: with Administrator, the bot could do anything on the server, and so could a Blueprint set up wrong. The admin who installs it can untick some.
A node whose permission is missing is flagged in the editor, and the server's Bot page lists what's missing, starting with what a live Blueprint uses.
Granting a permission later
On the server's Bot page, Grant invites the bot again: Discord shows its permissions, tick the missing one, and the bot's role is updated. Only someone who manages the server on Discord can do it.
Or on Discord: Server settings → Roles, the bot's role, then its permissions.

In test mode
A test session also needs View Audit Log to tell who made a change that triggers an Event, for Channel Created, Channel Deleted, Member updated, Member banned, Member unbanned, Role Created, Role Deleted, Server Updated. Without it, these Events aren't tested and the deployed version runs. The same permission tells who changed the bot's permissions, in the server's activity.
What permissions don't guarantee
These are server-wide permissions. Discord can still refuse an Action, which then takes its failure port:
- In a channel whose own permissions hide it from the bot, or forbid what the Action does.
- On a role or a member above the bot's role. The bot can only give, remove or change the roles below its own, and only act on members whose highest role is below it. Move the bot's role up in Server settings → Roles. The editor flags an Action that names a role above the bot's, and the Bot page shows where the bot's role sits and which live Blueprints it blocks.
