Creates a role on the server, with no permission, below the bot's role

- Outputs: Success, Failure
- Undone after a test

What you set in Properties. The grey name is the one in the Blueprint's JSON.

When it fails
The Failure output receives success (false) and error: error.code, error.message in the server's language, and error.detail, what Discord said. The possible causes are in Errors.
